This was a request from my friend. She wanted me to draw some of the characters from Nekotalia (in a nutshell, the people in Hetalia as cats) so here they are. :3 And I apologize for the sloppy flag job. .w. If I need to resize the picture, I'll be happy to.

If you want to know which cat is who or what flag belongs to what country, don't be afraid to ask~
