Confortare didn't know the world was so big. But his mind wasn't on exploring, it was finding water. He didn't know the scent of water, but he knew what it looked like from instinct. A roar echoed behind him. Mom..Dad.. I am sorry I had to leave you to those..those..things. He shook the thought from his mind. He suddenly stepped on something hard. He looked down and saw a branch. He whimpered and nuzzled his foot. He stepped over it and pushed on. Confortare heard another roar. He blocked it from his mind and focased on finding water. And soon! He saw some creature with clear, long wings. Confortare squealed and tried to bite it. It flew off at an amazing speed. Confortare flushed his plates red in surprise. He realized it was gone, and his plates went back to their normal color. Confortare suddenly saw water! Water! He charged forward and drunk until he was full. He then heard a roar, louder this time. The underbrush shook. Confortare swung his spike tail, and flushed his plates red. Suddenly an Allosaur lept into the clearing. He looked hungry.
