This story was inspired by the Game/Movie series, Resident Evil. So, you can pretty much say this is Fan-Fiction, although, things have been renamed, different characters, etc.

GMRO Chapter one;
The Escape

    ...Rayne was going to escape this hell hole one way or another. As the female moved swiftly through the air ducks she began to feel nauseous again, only this time, she did get sick. After vomiting for a few minutes, Rayne managed to hold it together and continue to find a way out of the facility. 'C'mon Rayne, hold it together' she thought as the sickening feeling began to disrupt her stomach. "Find her!" Rayne heard a  man with a harsh, raspy, voice ordered. "We can't let her escape to the surface, it's to dangerous." The same man again explained. Rayne came to a sudden stop when she heard a crack beneath her; they pipes weren't holding. As she placed one hand in-front of the other, trying to crawl, the pipe broke and she fell onto her back, landing on the cold, and hard floor of an abandoned hall.
     As it took her a few seconds to get to her feet, she glanced around the room. There were empty cages, a few computers that were busted, and a broken light hanging from the ceiling, not to mention the blood that was scattered on the walls. "What the hell?" Rayne thought aloud. Walking over to one of the cages she observed a ball of fur that hung from the sides. 'What is this place?' She wondered.
     Rayne's heart suddenly came to a stop when she heard a low, and solid growl coming from behind her. Slowing turning around, she found herself staring into the eyes of a doberman. It was missing one eye, half of it's face, a huge chunk of it's stomach was missing, and the ears were totally ripped off. Although, Rayne held her ground as their eyes were locked onto each others.
     The twenty-three year old's eyes flashed silver again just as she felt a discomfort in her body. The doberman's eyes narrowed as he growled once more again before slowly making its way towards Rayne. The female balled her hands into a fist as the dog leaped towards her. Rayne let out a harsh scream as her right fist collided with the dog's face, as the doberman flew to the side Rayne looked for a weapon of some sort, only finding herself empty handed. Turning back around Rayne noticed that the dog was gone, she listen for any sounds of claws hitting the metal floor...silence.
