Clicked "play game", still cannot connect to front server

Is there anything I am missing? I logged in on the Play Game page and then tried to log in on the game with no results.

I downloaded the new version available on the front website before attempting the log in.

Make sure your login is staying logged in and isn't minimized. Sometimes doing that can cause it to log out while you're trying to get in game. And there are times where it will just refresh on it's own and kick you off. And there are times you just have to wait and keep trying.

Thank you for the information! I didn't realize it had to be directly behind the client to run. I had it open and not minimized, but dragged Netflix to be partly in front of it. Moved Netflix to the back and it worked!
