Well.. Another time going around on this thread.

How do I word this...

Uhm. Well. first of all, a few days ago I /could not/ log into the site. I kept trying.. And clicked login over 19 times.
Maybe that has something to do with this.

First of all, The FeralHeart chat won't work for me. It keeps giving me error 404, this component was not found.
The game is also having problems, not Fluorite-related. I was thinking I was banned but it logs me into the game successfully.

So if this happened a few days ago then you should try logging in again. The chat is the same thing, just wait a few hours or a day or two or just restart the page. In the actual game, you might need to reinstall the game itself. I would check for unwanted or unneeded particles. If the log in, chat, and/or FH wont work contact one of the staff to help you. They know the game better then me (or perhaps anyone). Hope this helps...
