I went to change my account and for some reason when I hit Change Profile, Something about Hacking Attempt... What is going on?

Murr, this happens a lot. All you need to do is change browser. If that doesn't work out for you then try refreshing the page. If all fails again and that doesn't work try using the Proxy settings by going to your start button and type in the search bar 'Proxy' and it will come up with a Proxy server. Double click that and run the program. I'm sure you'll be able to take it from there.
