Good Preset making sites?

Aye, so i have a mac.. and im not able to make a preset unless ive got a good download that you are able to color/make presets with.. I was just wondering if you know any good downloads/sites that I and users in the future could use?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for, but, you can always try this. ;)

Nuu like.. umm .. a site to color the preset with. Because with macs you dont have the same tools as the regular pc has. So your pretty much required to down load a program to edit the preset and give it colors. Etc. So i need a good site for the coloring. Like ive heard of GIMP.. ? what else is there >.<

GIMP is the best free one that you can download from http://www.gimp.org/
on the other hand,
you can pay for Photoshop or SAI. ;)
