Recording Program?

Alright, so I have decided that i would like to take part in the Video Contest. Although, one... itty bitty (HUGE) problem c: I dont know a program that allows me to record sturff on my desktop. I DO have manycam, but i refuse to pay for manycam pro... because well... im lazy... and yeah. So all i need you floofs to do, is comment below with the name of the program.. and the site link/download link.

Its gotta be able to record sturff on desktops... and well.. its gotta work on MAC computers. WAIT its gotta be FREE because im a lazy floofer.

May lag with FH though, but it is free and there are no watermarks.

I use HyperCam (http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/) to record things, but I don't think it works on Macs. So, I went and found these for you: http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/ and http://www.miensoftware.com/screenrecord.html
They both cost money, I think, but they do have free trials too, if you only need them for just the video contest.
