Why Hasn't It Been Deleted Yet?

 So I've marked my account for deletion for about 4 weeks now and it still hasn't been deleted. What's going on?

It could be a server issue, a lot of that has been going on lately. If clicking the "Delete my Account" isn't working then I suggest getting in contact with Red to see if he can delete your account.

Ah a long time ago I requested for a deletion on a second account, and it still had not been deleted, perhaps the staff just don't have time to help every single member who wants to delete their account. In order to delete your account you usually must have a good reason to do so or else it will not go through. Like suggested above, try messaging a staff member,  though ..  Once again keep in mind that they are very busy busy^^ good luck.

Are you using PM or email? From what I know, Red usually responds faster on PM.

I have the same problem too. I wanted to delete this account, but not long after since I marked it for deletion, I started regretting because my favorite character is on this account and I reactivated it. I have two active accounts now (this and another one), and one of my old accounts is still marked for deletion. I did a mistake as occasionally logging in my account to check out if it's deleted already. It was always active as like I never marked it for deletion. Some people in-game suggested me to not touch the account which I want to delete, because if I do, it will reactivate itself. I think you'll do good if you just leave your account and it will be deleted, soon or late. Yeah, it is a bad thing when you don't know if it is already deleted or not, but I think that's the only way.

Is deleting the account urgent, or are you just curious? As Rawy said, the staff most likely do not have time to look into deleting multiple of accounts, but just a guess.
