As a matter of fact, I believe two users are working on that, I'm sure I've seen a thread about it. This one particular user was thinking about recreating the south pole but giving it a complete makeover with some snow dens and such. So just keep an eye out for that ^^

I downloaded it, but it dosen't work. I used the WebSetUp. The icon isin't a paw, it says "7s sfx". Did I did something wrong?

Nope c:
Just right-click that icon and run it as an administrator. Once it's down installing / doing its thing, a little box will flash on the taskbar, installing the game. Once it's done, you can try and see if FH works ^^

Love the updates but... kinda pissed that I lost ALL of my characters..

You shouldn't have lost all your characters. If you're talking about not being able to get onto the game with them, then that's an easy fix.
Simply log into that yellow box and then you will select 'User Panel'. From there, you would need to login once more and then a list of all the characters you have created will pop up. From there, simply reset their homes AND THEN select 'Go Home' and see if that worked.

That's strange, I'm not receiving that message at all.
Have you tried seeing if you can download the update from a different browser(?)
