What I find odd is, usually when the server dies, its labled as offline on the site, or everyone cannot get in until everyone else logs off/gets kicked and THEN the server resets. Odd thing here is, it claims to be online, yet nobody can get in, and nobody is online at all. -Facepalm- Itll be back up later, as others have already said.

It happens every night for me between 12-1am eastern time. Then it's usually not working for an hour or so and then everything will work fine again like nothing happened.
I don't get it :| in all the time I've been playing this game, it has never done this. In my humble opinion, it needs to be fixed..

Well, it does need to reset once in a while, or there would be extreme server lag. So sometimes we just have to deal with an occasional server restart.

Well guys it is a free game, and it takes thousands just to have a server. Im just happy we have it, and the problems are being worked on. It'll take a while cause there isnt donations going to fh, except maybe through devinart but It will be fixed one day. Hopefully Red isnt pulling out his hair right now trying to get the server restarted x-x alot of stress with that job lol

Mhmm it says Server online but it still has the  'Request accepted thing... Its about 12 central time and is that the time its supposed to be off i guess...? Im really confused by all of your comments lol XD

Unless it says # of players online, it isnt online, cause some people havent left so the server can restart, hope that answers your question

I just don't get why sometimes when the server goes down i don't have this problem but sometimes I do it says the server is online but it doesn't say anything about members playing.... why does it only happen sometimes when the server is down.... and if this is something different what is going on exactly
