I can't get in to Fluorite Plains!

Meh. I've been trying to get into Fluorite plains but I just can't get in. It either ends up freezing or disconnecting :U. It comes to the point that I'm stuck disconnecting on that character I tried to get in with and have to delete them. It's been like this for at least 3 weeks. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I dunno why you can't get in, but you don't have to delete your characters.
Log in to the golden box at the top of the site, and then go to character reset.
Log in to the character reset, and then you can reset the stuck characters' homes to Lonely Cave, and send them there. c:

The game server is a little messed up at the moment.
It's common for everyone not being able get into Flourite especially.
I think it's because it gets too overcrowded, so it's probably best to try getting into Flourite in the morning or early afternoon when it's not as busy.

Yes, Fluorite is usually the most populated map, yet it now has less than 50 people in it.
Maybe it's down...

I got in okay for a second but then it crashed.
Probably something that can just be waited out though.
