How to get floofometer/badges up?

Ok. 
So, I see other people have their Floof o' Meter up and I have NO CLUE how to get up there.
Also, how do I get my explorer badge up?

To gain access to the Floof-o-meter, you need to be a jr. Member. To advance your member badge, you need to be active in the forum, in other words, to post your opinion on different subjects. To be a Jr. Member, you need 25 posts. Only a few to go

THere is a marking pack some where in the creation fourm.I got it too long ago to rember where it was....

Well the Floof-O-Meter is something that people use to commend you when you do something good or are really nice to some one.
You can't floof someone until you reach 25 posts, but people above 25 can floof you even if you're not passed 25.
Also as Fallen stated you need to be active.
Make sure to put meaning into your post, don't just post to bump up the post number. ^^

Every time you make a entry in a post, your "ranking" goes up. Like form jr., to sr. Stuff like that. Although you can't just rank it up by doing games, actually helping people is how to do it. And as for the floof o meter, it goes up when certain people find whatever you posted helpful or amusing. Other users go to ur little box, and above the online box, there is a link or button that says "nuzzle".

Markings could be found all in the Mods section as pointed out above. There are tons there, and sometimes in the Feral Heart section, there are Mods, masking, and items there you can try out
