This has never happened to me, nor have. I seen any posts on this, but, it happens sometimes if the website isn't happy with the signature or is having a fit. Just reload the page and try again <3 that should help!

It tends to happen when you insert an image which is to big.
If it is larger than the preset resolutions you will need to either shrink the image or use this coding:
