Cannot change my name?

I cannot change my name from Mickey to Vladlena. I try to change it on the account settings but it says an error has occured, reserved name is "',' or something of that sort. Please help me on how to change this???

I had just changed it to my username, Eventador, and it allowed me to. But won't let me change it to something venturing away from either my original "Registered" name or username. Why is this?
