Just downloaded and having issues

Hello! I just downloaded FeralHeart on my Mac and I can't play because it says I have to download the most recent patch. I went to downloads and downloaded everything available for mac including the PresentSync patch and It still says I have to download a patch. I have PlayOnMac and I used that to download everything but the patch isn't going through for some reason. If anyone could help that would be great, thanks!

One thing to note- The preset sync patch doesn't work as of the most recent update.

So am I not able to play the game since it won't let me log in?

If I'm correct, having preset sync installed might cause the message that you need to have the latest patch.
However, if you were having this issue beforehand and you play mac, this might help

If you are updating from an old version, it may also be a good idea to remove old files from old versions of the game before doing an install  since the files may not always be replaced properly or the game might magically use the wrong ones, fh is touchy. xD
