That looks like it could be a particle issue. Duplicate particles are a common culprit in causing the game to crash that way. Take a look in your particles folder and delete any duplicates you see (files ending in _0, _1, etc). Once that's done then you should be able to open FH again.
Or have you downloaded any objects or items recently? I don't think all objects or items are compatible with the update for the game and may cause problems like crashing (at least some objects have done that to me anyway).
I'm guessing here, but when you reinstalled FH, did you delete the FH folder from your computer after uninstalling it first? It's recommended that you delete the folder from your C: drive before reinstalling, as the problems you previously had can carry over to the new game. Back up any files you'd want, such as presets, maps, objects and the like, and then uninstall and delete the folder. Reinstall, move your backed up files to their correct locations (as long as they aren't the cause of the problem), and it should be good to go.
