Downloading

Hi everyone, Canopy here and I am having ALOT of trouble downloading the game since the update. The old way to download it was MUCH easier for me. And if anyone can PM me OR reply to this post to help me, I would appreciate it ALOT thank you very, much ahead of time, as I say now. I know this is my first post on these forums. But on another fourm I am the third out of eighth rank on the fourms. Again, if anyone can help me, I would like it a lot.
