Game Help / I cannot log into the game

okay, so i made this account, and it'll let me log into the site fine, but it will not let me log into the game.
it keeps telling me there is incorrect information, which i am ENTIRELY sure that it is in fact correct (i'm even looking at my confirmation email, which has my account information. i'm definitely typing everything in correctly), yet it still wont let me log into the game
this same thing happens 2 other times with the other accounts i have made. i cannot log onto either of them at all
and to be honest, this is making me quite angry. what could possibly be the problem here?
