Could you make his eyes blue, and as for the markings, instead of black could you possibly make them glow light blue?
Wings, Mane? No mane please, and black wings though.

Get ready for a large description o3o
Name:Iris
Gender:Female
Looks:Her pelt is not pitch black, but a more lighter shade of black, as shown in the picture. Her eyes are a light fluro green colour. Under her eyes she has dark brownish/red lines, Her markings are; 3 fluro blue stripes on each one of her legs, Fluro blue dots on her tail, an 'o' like shape on the LEFT side of her hind {if you can do that} one circle above and below. She also has two fluro blue stripes running across her muzzle, near her nose. Her eyecover mane is fluro blue also, And two fluro blue stripes on each of her ears, running half way, not right across.
