Well, my friends have been having this problem for awhile...
I downloaded all their individual preset files, and the files are all named correctly for each character... But... they all appear as the same preset?
So, the larger of the two is the correct owner of the preset and yet the smaller is seen wearing it... A third person logged in and was also seen under the same preset.
All of their respective presets were made by the same person, if that matters, and then emailed to them.
