I am not the creator however I was there since it came out. I always stayed updated on gamevial for as far as my mind reaches. The game is 7 years old now and its online so no download is needed. Spotted bears had posted the link now so I won't spam with the same link. Basically you need unity to get to play it but that's the only thing you need to play it.

To eat butterflies you simply need to find one and fly through it, this will be input my the game that you have 'eaten' the butterfly. As for the fish, simply fly around the lake in Hill 3 until you see some long stick like silver things floating by the rocks. These are the 'fish'. All you have to do is fly unto the fish however you must be a seagull to do so.
