Where do I get these texture files from? (South Pole)

Heya ^^

Soo, recently I downloaded some maps, and then my south pole ice texture looked like this



After some time, it changed back to the old normal texture...
Now I can't find those different texture files anymore, does anyone have a download link for them?

When downloading new maps and such that, of course has textures, depending on the last one you had downloaded ( Updated with / whichever ) it can change the texture throughout the map.

I don't think there's a way where you can have different textures throughout the rest of the maps ( could be wrong , not really an expert here ) but through my experiences whatever texture I got last ( unless it was named differently ) everything looked like the map texture I last got.

You can check out this link to find the default files, which contain the default textures for South Pole, if you wish to have them instead of the one above, if you end up changing your mind again.

Since you're looking for the file the mapmaker used, do you personally know them, or have a way of contacting them? If so, you can ask them for the files.

If my long-term memory serves me correctly, that snow texture came from the Melandru Mountains (or something like that) map, by Genesis9. I would suggest looking through your files from that map download and seeing if they are there, or even trying to get in contact with the creator herself

However, it's been about three years since I've seen that texture, so I may or may not be correct ^^"
