Star Wars™: Battlefront™ EA® was less than a success, at least in the eyes of Star Wars and Battlefront fans alike.
I myself was severely disappointed in the first game, because although the sound and look of the game was stunning and accurate to the films, everything else was lackluster as sin.
I'm very nervous for this new game, as we haven't heard that much other than word from some people who played the closed beta and what EA has provided.
All that's known is that there will be a story campaign(Set in what I personally think to be the worst era in Star Wars, even if it was Legends), and Clone Wars era levels.
And loot boxes.
You can pre-order the normal version for $60.00 USD, or the ultimate edition for.... $80.00 USD.
Business practices like this are why I'm even hesitant to purchase the game at all, as the original two battlesfronts, even though they lacked much in the story department were joyous fun and cheaper than me.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
