So, my presets won't show up in game. I'm pretty sure I export them right, and under the right name, and my friends put them in the right folders. I have presets in folder 10,3 and 4, and I've tried to export them from other folders and it still doesn't work. My friend even tried exporting it from her computer (under my name of course) I don't know what else to od, or why it won't work. I can see all my friends presets just fine.

Edit: sorry, I wasn't paying attention and posted this in the wrong form ^^; Could someone move it please?

i have that same problome but my preset WHERE working untill i got the new pach i sadly dont know how to help you :-\

I could fix it for you if you send me the files including the material file. A friend of mine (username: Sayba) had this problem, his computer wouldn't export files properly so I exported the files for him and double checked the material file to make sure it matched the image files. It's been working ever since for him.
I'm usually always making presets and I haven't really found any issues with my preset maker so I could try it for you. I only need your in-game username and the files, nothing else, to export them and hopefully fix it. If I can't do it, then I'm not sure what to suggest. I'll send you the exported file once I've made it, should take less than 30 seconds to sort it, then I'll send all the working files back.

I've already have someone do that, it still didn't work. and I can see the presets myself, so I don't think its the material file. I guess it won't hurt to try though. Sending a pm now, thanks =)

I have my spreset. But it won't EXPORT!!!!

I'm having the same problem. It says it exported but it didn't. When I go into create a character online, none of the presets show up. Not even the first and second preset.
Also mentioning that I'm using FeralHeart+. I also have the normal FeralHeart on my computer, exported the preset there and put my exported preset file in the correct folder in FeralHeart+. Yet it still will not work.

Hey there guys :)
When you say your presets will not show up in game do you mean that no one else that you've shared their file with see's them or you yourself can not see your own preset?

If it's that friends can't see you in the preset you sent them try this:
I had been having this same exact problem for months and I understand you totally it is very frustrating especially because you know you're doing everything right. I was giving my fhp file to all my friends and when they'd export it they would never see it although I could see it on myself perfectly fine. After many failed attempts to share my preset for others to see I finally got to the root of the problem.
I was logging in as morbiddecadence instead of as MorbidDecadence and exporting my preset as morbiddecadence therefore getting a morbiddecadence_2.fhp instead of a MorbidDecadence_2.fhp It seems that Feral Heart is very picky about your log in name when it comes to sharing presets.
Make sure you delete the exported fhp file in the "presets" folder now and instead log in as the exact name that you signed up on the forum as and reexport. Chances are that you guys have been typing some variation of your original username to log in rather than using the exact username you signed up for. And yes caps or no caps of specific letters is very important as it was in my case with morbiddecadence & MorbidDecadence.
Once you guys do this the new fhp file should work. Goodluck

On the other hand if it's that you can't see yourself in your own preset after exporting:
1.) Make sure that all your files are saved as the right type of file
2.) Double check the materials file of that preset and make sure you didn't accidentally delete any important parts of the coding. You can use one of your other working preset's material files as a reference or a default file as reference
3.) Make sure the preset file names match the folder & material file coding names
4.) While exporting make sure that you are logged in and that your username is typed in exactly as it was when you registered.
Some other possible solutions:
You can try going into your main Feral Heart folder and checking the file called "resources" by opening it in wordpad etc. Make sure none of the preset folders coding are missing. It must look like this -

FileSystem=my_presets/preset_3
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_4
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_5
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_6
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_7

FileSystem=my_presets/preset_9
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_10
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_11
FileSystem=my_presets/preset_12

Right now I can't think of anything else ... but I hope something here can help you guys. Goodluck

Someone plz help i have downloaded free presets from devian art and its preset 6 and after i get it what do i do to have in game? Some plz help i woulld be so happy if so!! :D

Hello, Jayde! To install the downloaded preset into your game, open the compressed folder (most commonly in a .zip or .rar file extension) and move/export the files contained to C:\Feralheart\my_presets\preset_6. When prompted, click "replace" so the new preset files are in place if any old unwanted files. Once you have placed the files in their designated location, start the game, and on the main screen, click the button called "tools." Head to "preset maker" and scroll down until you reach preset 6. If all instructions were followed correctly, when clicked the preset should appear on the Feralheart model. To use in-game, click export, log on, and add the preset on the character creation/character edit screen.
