Hi, Jayde. The last post on this topic was over three years ago, so there's not much use in replying here. You'll find more help by creating a new topic in the Help section of the forum. c:

Hello, Jayde! To install the downloaded preset into your game, open the compressed folder (most commonly in a .zip or .rar file extension) and move/export the files contained to C:\Feralheart\my_presets\preset_6. When prompted, click "replace" so the new preset files are in place if any old unwanted files. Once you have placed the files in their designated location, start the game, and on the main screen, click the button called "tools." Head to "preset maker" and scroll down until you reach preset 6. If all instructions were followed correctly, when clicked the preset should appear on the Feralheart model. To use in-game, click export, log on, and add the preset on the character creation/character edit screen.

If you need a more detailed explanation, you are free to message me or create a new topic in the game help section of the forum since this thread is a few years old. Good luck!
