Title: Where to Post Thread?
Post by: Silver-Scratch on August 29, 2013, 09:40:53 pm
We have a small group (not RP) that does races on certain days in Ascencion Island...

I was thinking of making a topic, but the question is- where to put it?
It'd be mostly for info and rules, but again, it's not RP. So where's the right spot?

Thanks in advance!

Well, for one thing it probably isn't Info and Rules-- that's for official FH info and rules, my friend. ;p

Now, while your group isn't a roleplay on its own, I would suggest you place it in our Group Advertising Board (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&board=118.0). While it's generally used for roleplays, a group for buddies just trying to make an info topic about their in-game group would fit best here (we have no "non-roleplay group" boards, since roleplay is largely what happens in groups on FH).

Hope this helps. c:

As for your PMing issues, do those you PM have unique forum names? If not, then it could be that your replies are being sent to someone else with their same name.

Thank you!

And yes, that's what happens. :I

You're very welcome. c:

Now, I think I know a solution to that one with your PMs.

When someone messages you, ask them to PM you with their game username, as well (you could even put it into your siggie if it's a big enough issue).

And when they do this, reply to them by sending the message to their actual game username, so it sends to the right person, and they should be able to see your message.
