Title: Help! I cant connect!

And before any of you type some of the solutions.
Yes ive reinstalled FH many times.
Internet is not a problem.
Ive kept the login page up for a minute with out minimizing it.
Ive tryed the Play game thing.
I even tryed getting a new username.
There is another conputer in the house, but its my dads and its only for his work. The only thing i can think of thats a problem is my old laptop i use. But FH worked on this before.

Plz help. Ive been dieing to play FH again.

M'first suggestion would be to restart the router. What kind of errors are ye getting when ye try to log in, if any at all?

Try switching browsers. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are the most commonly used and therefore the most trustworthy browsers if you want to connect. Also, try visiting This Thread (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=54258.0) and see if that helps you out.

Adding on to what has already been mentioned.
Make sure your internet settings hasn't changed, there could be a possibility that there is something wrong with the browser you are using. As Shurtle mentioned, try switching browsers and keep the tab up and running during the entire time you're playing FH. Don't minimize it no matter what, even if it's after a minute.
Try seeing if you can restart the router as Enoki mentioned. If there was some sort of changes that has occurred, it could be the problem as well, like, if something changed in the internet setting of the provider.

Try connecting from a different computer or from a mobile device and see if that helps ^^'

Then maybe add some more detail?
Do you have the new login page open? Or did you download something recently? ^^

As Autumn has mentioned, ye need not pay to play. The game is entirely free with no in-game purchases. Next time, though, try making y'er own thread to get the most help possible.

If y'er 'aving difficulties connecting to the server, make sure y'er logged in on the Play Game tab found on the top right corner of the site. It shall be next to the Privacy Policy button. Be sure to be logged in the tab first b'fore attempting to log in on the actual game-'twon't work otherwise.

Please make your own thread about your situation, as I am sure there are many helpful floofs around that are willing to help you.

 As Shurtle and others have said, it might be easier for fluffs to know you need help if you make your own thread in the Game Help section. They may just think you're replying to this thread to try and help out, not because you need help.

However, make sure you've actually downloaded the game here:

You cannot play the game directly from http://feral-heart.com/login/ (http://feral-heart.com/login/)

Nonetheless, keep the above page open when you've installed FH. Type in your info, and start Feralheart up. Do not minimize the login tab. You need it open the entire time you play.

It does sound as if you've typed in your information wrong, however.

Make sure your username is not over 16 characters long.

Make sure you are typing in your password and username correctly. If your username or password has numbers in it, do not type them in using the numberpad on the right of the keyboard, but rather the numbers located above the letter keys.

Make sure capslock is not on.

As emphasized though, try to make your own thread if the issue continues.
