As Shurtle and others have said, it might be easier for fluffs to know you need help if you make your own thread in the Game Help section. They may just think you're replying to this thread to try and help out, not because you need help.

However, make sure you've actually downloaded the game here:

You cannot play the game directly from http://feral-heart.com/login/

Nonetheless, keep the above page open when you've installed FH. Type in your info, and start Feralheart up. Do not minimize the login tab. You need it open the entire time you play.

It does sound as if you've typed in your information wrong, however.

Make sure your username is not over 16 characters long.

Make sure you are typing in your password and username correctly. If your username or password has numbers in it, do not type them in using the numberpad on the right of the keyboard, but rather the numbers located above the letter keys.

Make sure capslock is not on.

As emphasized though, try to make your own thread if the issue continues.
