Title: Just a question

I understand many people are trying to get on at once so it is a bit hard to get on but when it loads is it a problem that my feralheart is still responding? Sorry if this seems stupid i'm just a little worry bug.

Normally when my farelheart is loading it with freeze and say "Feralheart(Not Responding)" and then I will spawn in. But when I try to load it now it is responding and that usually ends up in a bad token. I really hope this helped I'm so sorry if it didn't.

The problem is that your old characters are probably in maps that no longer exist, such as Fluorite or Bonfire. You simply need to login in the box at the top right of the site and click "User Panel". For each old character you want to play, click "Reset Home" and then "Send Home". They will then spawn in Lonely Cave.

Oh I didn't know I needed to press "Send Home". Thank you Bloo I think this will help. ;D

To add onto this. Bad tokens can also be caused by the server being overloaded and working too hard trying to let people on all at once.
There has been a few hiccups but we are working on it!
