A injured looking female followed behind two shadowy figures. But she had drifted and only wandered. "We shouldn't be here. We are risking the health of others" flowers voice cracked. The she-cat had been crying tears of pain so much, that the marks seemed to have stained her fur. She no longer had the happy glow of the forest itself. "Flower we are getting help. Clawclan won't mind us asking for help! I'm sure of it. And if we don't hurry we will have... unwanted guests." Dukepelt; the white tom covered in large black spots on his back and his head. Those markings were normal and were generally used on kitty pets that would turn fat. Why is a question that is used for this. But Dukepelt was a skinny young cat who had something to lose.
"Mentor, we should stop by our old den at least. Flower won't make it any further than there, look at her." Mosspaw spoke like a leader. Ah yes, Mosspaw. She is a fine female who has always been trouble and like a fox. Her trickery even fools such an experienced female like Flower. Flower hated how ill she was. 'Why am I getting worse. More than the others' she wondered. The she cat slowed her pace as they reached the old camp. There was more detail and things to do than Clawclan's camp. Well more climbing. Mosspaw and Dukepelt dare not get close to the camp. "Do you think the camp no longer belongs to us?" there was a pause "...somehow".

Twitching both of her ears, the she-cat's claws scartched along the brown, dirty terrain of the ClawClan's Camp. Growling " Why in the name of StarClan, did Sharpstar leave us?! I-I couldn't even find Dukepelts scent... They left me.... I'm so alone! " Spitting with annoyance. The newly named leader; Pawstar eyes narrowed into slitss " Skypaw! Get out here! " Pawstar shouted. Shaking her head slightly. Sorry for the fail >2>'

The apprentice's ears perked at the sound of his name. It had come from his mother, pawstar.
He quickly jumped to his feet and bounded happily towards her like a rabbit. His paws touched
the ground for only a few seconds before all four were in the air again in a jumping motion.
soon, he reached Pawstar and skidded to a halt. "Yes, mothe- i mean ... Yes
Pawstar?" he blushed lightly. he knows he shouldn't call his leader "mother" it just felt
like he was disrespecting her. His ears perked at he looked up at her with blurry, grey eyes. even
though the apprentice was nearly blind in the morning, he gazed proudly at his mother as if she
were a shimmering star of his attention. He admired his mother, not only for the fact she was
leader, but because she had a strong, brave attitude.

The female leader crystal teal-colored eyes watched her partly blind son pad to wards her, giving a tail a flicker. A purr of amusment rumbled inside her pharynx as Skypaw almos called her ' mother ' " It's alright Skypaw. I don't mind you calling me, mother ". Replied Pawstar, before standing up. Licking the top of Skypaw head " Would you mind hunting with me? I've been feeling quite down lately.... " Muttered the she-cat. Quickly, she glanced to wards the Leader's Den; half expectly to see Sharpstar, a few heartbeats passed as Pawstar quickly remember Sharpstar myseryiously left ClawClan, without a deputy to become leader. The young moonlight domesticed feminine turned her body around, facing the exit, her eyes looked into the Warrior's Den, seeing a brown-silver male pad out " Ah. Silverspirit! I'm taking out Skypaw, okay? Please organize a few patrols " True; Silverspirit wasn't the deputy. But Pawstar only trusted a few cats at the moment, twitching both ears. She heard, her older brother " Alright, Pawfe-Pawstar " The tom grunted, before making his way to the Fresh-kill pile. Nodding, Pawstar made her away towards the Camp's exit...

Standing by the leaders den she stared at Pawstar. Her tail flicked violently and he fur seemed to start to prickle. The once healthy black she-cat, now was nothing but a transparent spirit. As soon as Clawclan's leader looked around, she entered the den before any proper view of her could be seen, enough to take seriously.
Dukepelt
The black tom quickly rushed flower into the camp. "I believe it's still ours" he sighed in relief. Flower suddenly dropped down and coughed, causing Dukepelt to grab her. Without much help around, he had to take her to the den they used to share.
Slowly he lowered her down and took a step back. Then turned to mosspaw "You did a good job. Nobody else has been able to do such a thing" he nuzzled her and started to walk to the exit. And towards the Clawclan territory. But he was interrupted "She was weak! No wonder I beat that nasty old witch!" she argued. "Even you could do it, but you were to scared! Why did I have to do it? She was never a harm to me, she never done anything bad while I was alive. All I know is that she had a clan of her own. Is that a good reason to kill her?!" She hissed and continued "All those bad things you said she's done has never ever been done while I've been alive. That's 8 moons! 8!"
There was a pause. "Mosspaw... you'll never understand. All that training was for a good cause. She has done something to you. she has" Dukepelt sighed and ran out.
Once he reached the river he didn't think about walking along the rocks. The black tom just swam across with no care of his fur.

( Hey guys, I'm afraid I've got some bad news. No, I'm not leaving ClawClan, it's just I don't think I'll be active 'till next Monday. This weekend I've been studying, really, meaning REALLY hard for school, spent almost 5 hours of studying on Saturday, and probably the hole Sunday. I didn't actually care for myself enough the hole weekend, beacuse of my preoccupation with studying, but I had to 'cause I was short in time. And since last night, I haven't actually been feeling myself. I can hardly stand, I have a terrible headache, sore throat-can barely talk, and worst of all, because I haven't slept enough, I started to blow blood from my nose and mouth. Now I mustn't tire myself both physically and mentally. I'm not even going to school for the next two or three days, 'cause I won't be able to carry books-hard things to school. Until then, I'll be more of a stalker here, and try to catch up as much as my can. :)

The white apprentice had barely Any time to reply to his mother, so he quickly
scampered after her. Skypaw quickly lifted his head and let his mouth hang open
so the scent glands on te roof of his mouth could smell the area. Instantly he
dropped into a hunting crouch. "I Smell a vole, Pawstar! it's vole!" he
whispered, smirking. due to his near-blindness, skypaw's hearing and smell
increased.this gave him a somewhat advantage in hunting.

Twitching both of her white-tipped ears. The female tail flickered as Skypaw scented a vole, blinking. Pawstar nodded " Hmph. Good " She murmured. Before glancing up at the trees, not saying another word. The feline sat down on her haunches, wrapping her striped-tail around her paws. Watching her son carefully, pausing... A few branches broke from behind her, freezing. Her beautiful teal crystal colored gazed worriedly at the bushes, a couple of heartbeats passed as a roaring sound from them. Yowling at the top of her lungs, she screeched " Bager! " Spitting with annoyance. Pawstar lept straight towards it... however blood splatter from the bushes... And it wasn't Pawstar. Only painful, loud yowls escaped her maw.

Pawstar teal crystal-colored eyes were wide open, pain lit up inside them. The young female's mouth was cover in maroon blood, a choking was the only sound that escape Pawstar. As the badgers large, sharp fangs gripped harder against her windpipe, painfully. The leader of ClawClans claws hung into, the large-sized black and white badger. Her teal gaze stared back at Dukepelt " Ru.. Run! " She spat at him.
Bleh. Next post will be MUCH better once Dukepelt saves Paweh.. /shot'd

His amber eyes widened but quickly narrowed and he yowled. Lunging onto the badgers back, he clang on tight and dug right into the center of its back with his largest claw. "Stupid creature!" he hissed. Knowing that any animal is affected by a attack by the back, chest or belly. Those are fatal areas. "There are so many important things I need to do! Instead of having you come and ruin it!" he dug harder and leaned forward, biting it's neck. "I'LL KILL YOU!"

The apprentice's vole bolted off as his mother shreiked, and skypaw
had notime to yell at her for ruining his hunt, before he realized she
had yelled the fierce name of an animal. 'BADGER!' the sound still
rung in his head. she puffed tail up and lifted it in the air, the fur on
his nack and shoulders bristled scaredly. "Pawstar?" she yelped, soon
crawling in teh direction she had gone. he flinched as something wet
fell before him - blood. It didn't smell liek his mother's but he peeked
his head in the bush. Gasping in horror, he saw pawstar lying on the
ground, an unfamiliar cat wrestling with the enormous badger. He didn't
have any choice but to lay by his mother - she might be mad at him if
he tried to fight the badger. he heard his mother wriggle some words
from her mouth just before he had noticed the unfamiliar cat, 'run.'He
flinched at the thought, but he had his fur raised, and his tail between
his legs. The apprentice was scared, thothing like this had happened
before! and it was all going so fast! "mom.. mom don't give up, just
breath... don't worry." he tried comforting his mother, uzzling her on her
neck like he used to, but getting blood on his maw. "Your alright, it's just
a scratch.." he shakily murmered. He kept on trying to give his mother
some sort of relief, een though she showed no signs of panic. she just sat
there. it was almost terrifying. As skypaw kept nuzzling his mother liek he
did as a kit, he looked up once to look at the black & white tom. wait.. skypaw
had just reckodnised this cat! he didn't know his name, but he'd seen him!
"you sort of look like me..."
he whispered to himself softly, then tending back to his mother.

Dukepelt
The tom jumped up and landed on the badgers head. And as quick as he did he got down and turned to the badger. There was a pause. Dukepelt just starred into it's eyes for a few seconds. He hissed and lept towards it. The badger quickly turned and ran away. Dukepelt lowerd his head and just stood there. Shall he dare look round to his ex-mate? What shall she say about him being on her territory? Shall she start demanding to know what he's done with sharpstar?
His black pelt flattened and his claws re-tracked. To calm himself he just started humming a tune in silence. Another question filled his mind. Does skypaw remember him?
Dukepelt looked past his shoulder a small amount. Letting his amber eyes glitter at him, before looking away in blankness.

Spottedpaw yawned and stretched, padding out of the apprentices den. She froze, looking around. She had heard her mother and brother leaving to hunt. Shouldn't they have been back by now? She had a bad feeling in the bottom of her stomach, so she slipped quietly out of camp. She heard a faint cry, and started to run. She ran for her life, heading towards the sound.

The moonlight domesticated female's black eyeslids were closing slightly, blood coughing up every single heartbeat, the feeling of the badges fangs seemed to drift away. The felines eyes stared at the blury furred male, her son; Skypaw " Just a scartch, eh? It sure doesn't feel like it... " Pawstar meowed shakily. Before forcing herself to sit on her haunches, quickly. The she-cats eyes glared straight at Dukepelt " Why didn't you run? Are you compeletly mouse-brained?! Seriously Dukepelt " The feminine hissed with annoyance. Looking back at Skypaw, Pawstar sighed " Why are you here, Dukepelt? I thought you left.. "

As Pawstar hissed at him with annoyance, his fur prickled a little. His ears flicked and he turned to face the two. Dukepelt held his head up and blinked twice. "A badger is nothing." he paused and looked around. "I did leave. And the reason I left is finally completed. But I didn't want to come back. I had to..." he flicked his tail slowly from side to side. The tom had lied. He did want to come back, but it seems he shouldn't. "Flowers ill... severely." he folded his ears back while a mist of worry consumed his eyes. During the fight with the badger he had forgotten flower. Battle still was on his mind from the large fight he had been in, before he came back.
-Flashback-
Scenes of shadowy figures fighting flickered across the darkened meadow. Night was perfect timing. Dukepelt had held sharpstripe under his paws. "Were!" He hissed. The victim said nothing and bit Dukepelts leg. A sudden familiar yowl filled the air. The other-clans leader was fighting somewhere down the river. Quickly he got off of sharpstripe and ran towards the leader.
-Reality-
Dukepelt quickly came back from his blank faze. He shook his head and lowered it slightly.

Watch me slowly bleed...
Twitching both of her white-tipped ears. The young feline eyes were narrowed at Dukepelt, the edge of her tailtip flickered " Oheally? You think we can offer, rogues aid? " Pawstar spat. Before turning her gaze to Skypaw, pointing her striped tail towards ClawClan Camp " Go home. I wish to speak with Dukepelt in private " Murmured Paw, her white-tipped ears flattened against the skull, her thorn-sharp claws scartching along the surface. As a sigh parted from her maw, the she-cat felt maroon blood drip down from her pharynx; shaking. The feline sat down, her slits watching Dukepelt carefully.

The tom's heart stared to race and his eyes watched Pawstar's claws. His back right paw lifted and took a step back. Then slowly his other legs started to pull him back. Not daring to look away from her. Dukepelt's amber eyes pleading 'P-Please don't attack!' because deep inside, he knew that he'd let himself lose against Pawstar.
His face had not shown any expression apart from a tiny twitch in his right eye. But as pawstar sat down, he felt somewhat relived. He started to flick his ears forward and back continuously.

As Pawstars ears flicker, hearing Dukepelts voice "Attack you? Why in StarClan would I? Look at me! " The female hissed, before standing up. Turning her skull around, the she-cat blinked at the male " Dukepelt... I'm sorry for eveything!. I.. I didn't mean to leave you, it was just too hard to bear of almost losing everyone to Bracken. Look, I don't mean anything I said, I just didn't want Bracken chasing you down... " Pawstar meowed, glancing down at her paws. The feeling of her heartbeat seemed to gain more speed each moment. Pausing, the feline took a glance back to Dukepelt. Sighing, " Alright. Let's go and collect Flower, we'll bring her back to ClawClan's Camp and well... We'll see how much Blazesong and Oakpaw can help her, okay? " The leader of ClawClan muttered. Before allowing Dukepelt to lead the way.

He flicked his ears and stood up straight. Confused to how she knew what he thought. He took a glance behind him as she said about collecting flower. A smile was already on his face by the time before that. Instantly he turned and walked off to the rogues camp.

P.S. Anyway, even though I don't know your ages, I can feel that most of you, are the same age as me, and when you're 14, you know what happens at the end of school; prom...well half-prom, semi-prom, half-graduation, whatever you call it. :/ So are you guys celebrating that, I know I am, even though I'm not so keen on it. :/)
