Site/Forum Help / Re: Account is activated, but doesn't exist

Thank ye, but I somehow solved it by changing my password to the exact same password I had before... Logic/10.
But, yeah, thanks for the reply anyways!

Site/Forum Help / Account is activated, but doesn't exist SOLVED
« on: January 19, 2015, 03:21:10 pm »
So I got the email and everything to activate my account, but when I click the link, it told me my activation code was invalid or already used. (I don't have a screenshot, because now that registration is closed, the link won't work at all.)
But when I try to log in, I get a message saying, "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."
Even though my Gmail clearly stated otherwise.
Can I get a mod to help me somehow activate or whatever, this account? Because it seems like I can't do anything.

-SOLVED-

Game Help / Re: FeralHeart CONSTANTLY Crashing.

It might be missing an item file. I've experienced this with IT loads of times, and is not much different then FH. Are you sure all the files to all the items are in your game folder? Also, it might be your PC rejecting the ability to handle so much demand. How many cores is it? May I suggest moving your game to another core in your PC if it's giving ya trouble. I'll link the thread to do so below:

http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=11278.0

If an item file is missing, try replacing all the files again to see if you missed any.

I've placed all the item files in FeralHeart > Media > Items, and placed the .cfg files in FeralHeart > FHRoot, so all the files are in the correct place.
And I have two cores, I'm sure. But that thread is for Windows computers - as you see, I have a Macbook. But thank ye for the response c:

Game Help / FeralHeart CONSTANTLY Crashing.
« on: December 31, 2014, 02:29:02 am »
Okay, I know I've said something about this in the past, but I have a new computer (Mac Air, 2013, 1.3 GHz i5) and I'm still having this problem. Except I can't even log into a server. It comes up with my character, but the screen is frozen, with the map name frozen as well - everything is frozen - and it obviously tries to load my character into the server and just dies.
I've tried to get onto the same character seven times in a matter of about five minutes - and five of those times it crashed instantly before I even got into the map server. Twice I got in, but for only a few seconds before it crashed.
Now, I know what the problem is, but that's not what I'm asking. I'm asking how to overcome this continuous crashing without removing the actual problem causer - mass markings and items. Now, I've had AUG22 markings for a few months now, and I've been crashing quite a lot (I got used to it), but last night I just downloaded Pawesome V5 items, and... my FeralHeart has just crashed and burned.
So, is there a way to stop the crashing AND keep my markings and items?

EDIT.
I've being doing.. I suppose crash reports of my own, and I have been watching the Console app work with FeralHeart, and I can now define it's a problem with the items. The second the Console says "*** error: can't allocate region" for the first time, it crashes.
In all, this is what the error looks like:
"*** error: can't allocate region
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
wine(85427,0x401ff000) malloc: *** mach_vm_map(size=262144) failed (error code=3)"

Game Help / Re: Map Terrain Help

I'd rather not send the map terrain to anyone, but thank you for your offer!
Alrighty. You could probably look up a PS tutorial on how to mess with the alpha channel :v
Alright, so I figured out how to check if there's an alpha channel... and there isn't. And the terrain STILL won't load ;-;

Game Help / Map Terrain Help
« on: December 17, 2014, 02:48:09 pm »
Okay, so, I've encountered a terrain problem and I'm pretty sure all of you know what it is.
It's that moment when you crash as you enter the terrain name into the map maker.
I've looked around at quite a few posts about this before, and nothing has helped.
And before you ask;
Yes, it is .png
Yes, it is grayscale
Yes, it is 513 x 513
Yes, it is one layer

I've heard this speak of alpha channel though, and I suppose that could be the problem, but what is it and how do I access it? (I use PS CS6)
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have a Macbook Pro from 2013 as well (I don't know if that makes a difference) but I have the exact same problem, and it is definitely caused by Aug 22. I just bare with it because there's nothing I can do about it *shrugs* However, once I deleted the feline markings (I roleplay canines) and it seemed to slow down the crashes a bit. You could try this, but there's no point really.
Sorry about this, it's just because Macs are real bad with games ~

Game Help / Weird Preset Bug (Solved)
« on: June 28, 2014, 04:20:13 pm »
So, I've been making presets again lately. I made two today, one this morning (preset_6) and one just then (preset_9). Somehow, when I went to use preset_6, the head and tail markings of preset_9 were on it. And so I went through the preset_6 files and .cfg, however, I could not find anything preset_9 related in the file. I took out the preset_6 file onto my desktop and deleted the exported preset file, and went through the process of re-exporting and so on. After this, preset_6 still had the preset_9 markings, and now I don't know what to do. Help please?
