Game Discussion / Re: Remembering FH past times
« on: November 19, 2015, 08:09:53 pm »
My favorite memories are General and when Fluorite Plains was very populated. I miss getting on and having plenty of role-plays to choose from, active ones especially and popular ones with, like, 100+ members. I remember joining a random pride that was active for a while and at L island there was a huge mass of roleplayers (I'd probably estimate like 40 players or so) roleplaying together from two different prides-- me being from one of them. There was so much activity and players that the server crashed and when I was finally able to log back on about 10 minutes later there was no one in sight and I haven't seen that pride that populated or active since. (This was like 2 years ago)
My favorite pastime was joining Warriors role-plays, and I remember Fluorite was so populated with active, huge clans that there was barely any "territory" to choose from without like 2 other clans already having "claimed" that rock or bush. xD Best times.

Game Discussion / Re: Mate Centers Opinions

I think so long as Mate Centers don't break the rules of FeralHeart they're perfectly okay. I mean, people obviously enjoy them if they participate, and it can be entertaining to watch from the sidelines.

Game Discussion / Re: What's your Feralheart story?
« on: July 27, 2015, 02:01:08 am »
I've always been obsessed with animal games since I was small. I'd pretend to be wolves and horses and Warrior Cats with my friends at school and I'm pretty sure that's my earliest memory of role-playing. X'3
I had a lot of games you buy from the store, like Veterinarian games and pony games. Soon I got more involved in the internet and discovered Wolf Quest through YouTube videos of animal games. I absolutely adored that game despite the difficult role-playing style it had. Then my sister got involved with FeralHeart, where she played it for about a year and stopped. And then a long time later, I'd say about a few years (Which dates back to about 2 years ago) I was bored out of my mind on my laptop and asked my sister what the name of this game was that she used to play and she said, "FeralHeart."
So, I created an account and have been here since. X3

Game Discussion / Re: What was your first character?
« on: July 25, 2015, 05:26:57 pm »
I'm sure I've had characters before this one, but the earliest character I can remember is an entirely white Warrior Cat with blue eyes and a black tail-tip that I named Snowheart. She was really plain and simple and had the same personality as me. xD
I actually miss her a lot because I kept her around and used her for years. She was in soo many role-plays and those role-plays hold my greatest memories of role-playing. I wish I'd kept half the characters I'd deleted tbh.

Game Discussion / Re: Groups Listed As "Nope!"

My reasons generally include(The majority of the time based on my mood):
~ Mapped I do enjoy mapped role-plays but a lot of the time I stray from them because they can be quite strict, scripted, and like other people have said isolated or limited. I mean, don't get me wrong the creativity and dedication involved with mapped role-plays is amazing but like others have said they can be really scripted and there's no interesting random encounters from stranger role-players that really spice up the role-play. A lot of mapped role-plays also forbid forbidden love, which is really fun. xD
~ Wolf Pack Role-plays I used to role-play as a wolf a lot but it's become cliche and boring for me. A lot of pack roe-plays I've encountered all seem the same it seems and a lot of them are mapped now (See reasons above about mapped role-plays). I suppose I should try rejoining a wolf role-play and see how it is again but idk.. maybe. xD
Wow.. this is all I can think of atm. x'D

Game Discussion / Re: Things we just can't resist doing
« on: July 23, 2015, 03:22:34 pm »
A lot of these things are initiated by boredom. xD

~ Cuddling/sitting/laying on/with nearby strangers
~ Being a complete and utter derp to the point I get annoying xD
~ F3ing
~ Creating ridiculous characters and trolling strangers xD

Game Discussion / Re: How do you make your characters?
« on: July 23, 2015, 03:15:53 pm »
I typically google pictures of what I'm trying to create, like a feline for example, and try my best to match the colors and design of the coat to my character. I usually end up failing but at least have something to go off of. xD
Other times when I'm feeling motivational I'll just get to it and play with colors and designs.

Game Discussion / Re: How do YOU Pronounce 'Ficho?'
« on: July 06, 2014, 01:48:02 pm »
Oh wow! So many pronunciations! XD
I almost forget there were so many possibilities. I, for one, pronounce Ficho like Lord Suragaha does. "F-eye-co"

Forum Discussion / Re: What's Your Biggest Feral Heart Fear?
« on: June 15, 2014, 09:36:45 pm »
The community's definitely different from a year ago when I first joined. The deduction of players in-game was a bummer and one of my fears is that the community is going to die down so low that role-playing will basically become impossible and the maps, particularly FP, will be a barren wasteland with about one or two members besides myself. Because I enjoy large clans greatly (-Is a major Warrior Cats role-player-).
I also am afraid of being banned, getting caught breaking the rules accidently, etc. Oh! And there's one particular fear that I often think about: Going off to college and not being about to role-play on here anymore, becoming an adult and being forced to abandon the game, etc.
