« on: August 19, 2012, 12:39:08 pm »Nope! See, if you follow the readme, you want to place the .png file in FeralHeart\Media\Textures. And if you don't have any other water you've made already, place the .material file into FeralHeart\Media\Materials. Once your old one is replaced, go into the game and click 'Tools' then MapMaker. When you get into it, go to the second tab named World. When you look all the way at the bottom, there is a box labeled "Ocean Material" Type the name of the water you want that is in the .material file and type it in there.

Well, you may want to download Gimp. Paint isn't the best for making maps. The image needs to be 513x513 and grayscaled.

Okay, so I already snipped A texture from winter. It is a lot darker than that, which is of course fixable. This is the water so far:
