I am having the same issue, but it is with a map I made. I have tried rexporting the map, changing it slightly, but nothing has worked. The strange thing is that I can go on all my other maps that I have downloaded from others and made in map maker, but I cannot go into a certian map. It would be nice to know the reason behind this problem. What is a map server anyways?

I got the idea while listening to Black Veil Bride's Song Set The World On Fire.  I thought of her and her pack Darkblood storming threw the enemy's line and burning everything and Sacura standing all epic on a cliff.

Overview...
   The great cicilization of wolves has finally fallen under the hammer of war, and it is time for the world to start a new. A new civilization must be formed, but who is up to the task? Will the wolves abandon their feral ways? Will they ever be able to perge the land of their old ways? Will they be able to fight the rising darkness that dares to sufficate the world? Now is the time for heroes to arise to take it upon themselves to act. The fate of their families, and the many generations to come now rests in their paws...

This is an unrealistic role play, so you may have magical chracters, however there are limits. This is not a pack, but a storyline group. Multiple characters are alowed.

Perhaps they are putting your preset in the wrong folder? The presets need to go in the presets folder located in the main FH folder (as you might already know... ;) ) As far as I can tell all the steps you have done are correct, so I don't believe you are doing anything wrong. I hope this helps.
