Game Help / How do I download a map???

Umm, I don't know how to download a map, and I need to know because my group will be moving to a map. If I open the files and go to exports, without downloading a map, it would say what do you want to open this file with? and a list of choices would come up, I don't know which one to choose, is it because I have a laptop this is doing this to me? And where do I get the maps?
