okay, I'll try it... I do keep the login page open but it always logs itself out for some reason. Its really frustrating.

So, whenever I try to make a new character, it never loads it. When I log off and see if it saved it anyways, it isn't there.
My sister is having the same problem. I created her an account a few weeks ago, and when I try to help her make a new character, it did the same thing it did to me. The same thing also happened to my girlfriend, but after a few more tries, she got it to work. It's never worked for me; I've tried countless upon countless times.
I don't know if its just my laptop, but I need some help. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I stop this?

Game Help / game keeps disconnecting from server and others

every time i try to play the game after i login, my game only plays for maybe a little over a minute and then it disconnects. its really frustrating. and whenever i try to make a new character, it won't work. it'll say "updating" or "creating" for over 5 minutes and not do anything. i'm really confused, and i'm really frustrated... i wanted to play with my girlfriend but now, because of this, i can't.
help would be nice ;-;
