Game Discussion / Re: Unrealistic Characters VS The Truth?
« on: July 18, 2014, 11:38:19 am »
I partly agree on what you're saying, but there are differences.

Some people have high standards and tolerance. As if anyone has heard a 'mature' roleplay? Where it contains gore and language? Sometimes realism / literacy is required there- expecting some older people that have experienced strict roleplays.

A 'strict' roleplay is no place for an illiterate either- considering that its strict ways could affect them. Then there is the strictly literates, were illiterates aren't welcome.

I honestly love unrealistic and all literacy roleplays- it lets all come together as one. Sadly... we don't have those roleplays anymore, considering FH is going down the drain with its roleplays. All it really is anymore is mapped warrior cat roleplays..

I was never outcasted when I first joined FeralHeart in 2010 [another account of course]- because I didn't know what a roleplay was... but after getting some roleplay skill I decided to then join a RP. But I heard it's really depressing to see a somewhat realistic character that is illiterate, but oddly sweet, get turned down.

Game Discussion / Re: Feral Heart: Expression or Escape?
« on: July 18, 2014, 04:33:46 am »
Actually, I prefer both.

But I use FeralHeart a lot to escape it all. The reason is that I am a very hot-tempered person and so that means I get in a lot of fights. People in reality and on skype make me depressed and upset enough that I go on FeralHeart, see my friends and hang out with them, or meet some more. I use it a lot to be someone I have always wanted to be. I've always wanted to be that friendly person that everyone wants to be friends with, but now that I have my friends I don't intend to be like that. I always meet new people almost everyday and it makes me happy to see one more friend. It breaks me to see my friends that are not online, because they mean so much to me. I get upset and I try to meet new friends.
I love everyone on FeralHeart, even the noobs, even the mods, even the people who have treated me badly for the past years.
Recently I've been using FeralHeart for Expression, but now I'm just using it for Escape, due to my anxiety and paranoia. It's almost impossible for me to think clearly, but when I'm on FeralHeart, everything is perfect.

I hope this adds to your vote.

I'm both.

Game Discussion / Re: Productive Posts VS Pretty Posts
« on: July 18, 2014, 04:20:16 am »
Productive posts... really... sometimes I do pretty posts but only if I have nothing to post.

The reason I choose Productive posts is because it gets straight to the point. I hardly roleplay anymore (due to the FH roleplaying system going down its own grave) but I used Productive posts when I honestly wanted to post. If I had nothing to post, I would often do Pretty posts. But I honestly like Productive posts more than Pretty posts because it explains feelings and gives me more information about them, not the atmosphere.

Game Discussion / Re: Bashing (Opinions)
« on: July 18, 2014, 04:12:11 am »
Hey Sandbby.

The reason on why the so called 'Literates' bash on the 'stupid' *as you prescribe it* is for personal reasons, but since I used to be one of them that bashes on the... I'll just call them inexperienced, I can show you some of my reasons.
A lot of people in the world are full of themself and don't know any better. For illustration, once you make that 'elegant and epic' character, you feel like this one will surely thrive? That's what the Literates are thinking. The Literates believe that if they act superior, they will be respected for being 'smart' and 'great' like they think they are. Honestly, they're not.
People believe this is a 13+ game as well, so some 'mini-modders' could get angry at the so-called-believed-young and bash on them.

I hope this answers 'personal opinions' but if not, well I tried I guess.

I was on my character Twelve, trolling some trollers for a bit... because they were trolling us, I eventually stopped and they looked almost exactly like my character. I got scared because they could have ruined my character's reputation! Eventually it all made out and they deleted the characters. I was so scared because Twelve is my bby. ;_;
