Game Help / Failed to connect to front server

So at long last I made myself an account on Feral Heart.  ;D

So I go download the game and go through the whole setup procedure only to be met with a message
box telling me I can't connect to the front server.

I have waited months for this!

I have good connection, the firewall allows feral heart, my login is right I know it by heart.
What should I do? I'm going to try reinstalling the game and see if that works if not I'm at a loss.

I just downloaded Feral Heart today and
can't access the game.

As soon as I type in my information I just get a message
that I failed to connect to front servers.

I tried allowing the game through the firewall, waited for the number of users to lower and I'm not sure what to do next.
