Game Help / Cant login to game, but can login to website?

so, my boyfriend and my other friend cant login to the actual fh game, the password and username are correct, but then it says they are incorrect and get the 15 minute ban thing. we have tried reseting their passwords multiple times, and they can login to the website, but the game login doesnt work, please help :(
