I too like to help others and sometimes sit around. I have made friends through RP and general or local chat. But I do not want to have to turn to RP to make friends all the time. What happen to the days when you just have a normal conversion about anything. Like "hey how are you? are you okay? how is your day doing? blah blah.."  That is how I made my real friends. I can't tell you how many times I have walked up to someone or a group and waited for an opportunity to say 'hello, hey, hi." just for them to get up and walk/run away or just flat out ignore me. Sorry, did I do something wrong?? But If I join in their RP then I get a response out of them. On the contrary there are also times I get a reply from someone, without RP, and the conversation is good. It just seems to me that players are so engrossed in their RP and mates. Of course I am aware that all that cannot be said for everyone. I don't want to RP 24/7 in the game to make friends; I am not saying there is anything wrong with making friends through RP. I am just saying it would be nice to have a normal conversation, more often than RP, however it is difficult to do so while a vast majority of the FH population is engrossed in RP. Or ignoring everyone else because they're hanging out with their mate. No offense to those of you with mates.

Is it just me or is it difficult to make friends or establish communication with players in the game? Everyone seems so wrapped up in their RP and mates..

Hello everyone =)
My character is Layora
Sex: Female
Species: Arctic Fox
Age: Young Adult
Bio: [WIP] Layora is a kit at heart. She loves to run around and play is full of energy. She can also be calm and hold a proper demeanor when times call for it. She is very friendly until you get on her bad side. She would love to make friends with other foxes =) 

I am still working on her bio and background story. Once it is complete I will make a post in the Characters forum.

Hello everyone =)
My character's name is Layora, obviously. Haha. She is an Arctic Fox. 
I heard about Feral Heart yesterday and made an account and played for a few minutes. I love it =D
Now I am on a mission to make friends and explore the maps. I never Role-Played before but I am not afraid to try something new =)
I am going to play the game now. I hope I get the chance to meet all of you wonderful people in Feral Heart.

I learned about Feral Heart today and decided to check it out. I am glad I did. So I am new and trying to make friends as well. I was once the very shy type but I am not really shy anymore. However as you said, it feels a bit rude to interrupt people when they are in the midst of conversation or RP. Problem is there is not a moment in which they are not in conversation or RP. Haha. So I am going to try your suggestions and hopefully I will make some friends soon =)
