Ok, Rules are simple, Let me explain what you must do:
1)Find a Winter Fairy google pic online (I dont careif its animie)
2)Use Blingee.com To glitter the picture (You must use blingee!)
3)Post it here so I can judge! May the best Glitter win!
4) Example:

YOU WILL NOT:
Use ANY OTHER Program besides Blingee
Submit ANY Pictures with nuity/and/or/Sexual content. (Anime is fine, as long as any bottoms or boobs are not showing.)
Be mean to a contestant or Insult there artwork.
 IF ANY ONE OF THESE RULES IS BROKEN, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!

YOU WILL:
Be supportive and wish other contestants good luck.
Post Clean Images. (No cussing, no sexuitly context UNLESS its manga/animie (Read above))
