Game Help / Can't get onto multiplayer? (EDIT: Thanks a ton for all the help guys :3)

So recently my Feral Heart flipped out while I was in the middle of playing and I couldn't get back on for some reason,it only left me with a loading screen and 'Failed to connect to map server.' (My last place map wasn't full either 
) So being patient as I usually am I waited for about two hours when the map level was lower and tried again...still nothing.I tried reinstalling the game but (currently) can't even get onto Lonely Cave to get back to Flourite.Can somebody please a.s.a.p post how to fix this? 
*EXTRA EDIT..* I never thought anybody would really see this post..but I found out recently that the plains are the laggiest and most crowded place.Thanks again guys ^3^
