Game Help / what the heck is going one with FH???!!!

alright so i've played as Luna most the day this first happened in bonfire it crash as "FH has stopped responding"
i came on the site and only found like TEN people in bonfire 0.o tried to get in 4 times then gave up
then i tried to play as Prince in south pole and it did it again
now i got on chalky and got a pack and its crashed AGAIN
what is going on?!
FH has never been like this before i have tried to re-install it too and what do i get?

is there a server problem??? (i barly use the site itself so i never know about many server errors etc)
i crashed like 5-6 times in like less than an hour 0.o even on a new char i just made (chalky)

Game Help / lonely cave issue?

alright my nephew jaiden is here again and wanted me to put him on FH the char he wanted to use was sasha but he'd never used her before and she'd start off in lonely cave anyways i clicked on her and it wont let us on her
it let us on wolfen and he was in bonfire it let us use him but i wanted to get him to where sky's rim was (where u have to jump the things) but it crashed in lonely cave as wolfen too any help on whats going on or is it just another FH problem is FH messing around again?
