The Broken Fence

There was a small farm out on the countryside. A small family lived there, and they raised a variety of farm animals as pets. The animals were all happy with their life, they had space to roam, were fed all the time, and the human family was kind to them. They were dependent on the family, until one day when disaster struck the land.

A tornado destroyed the land, and the entire family was killed, along with some of their animals. But, there were still a few animals who made it through the deadly winds. Now, those animals have to try to survive, without human hands to care for them. Will you stay behind in a ruined farm and try to get any food you can, or will you venture out into the wilderness in hopes of starting a new life? You are one of those farm animals, and you must make the decision.

Beyond the farm are corn fields, and beyond that is the forest. The forest is large, and if you manage to get through that there is a city, but you might want to stay away from there.

Game Help / Sky Maker Crashing

I've been trying to make a map, but when I went to make the sky and clicked on Sky Maker (Or whatever it's called, I have a little mod I made for myself so I've forgotten the real names XD) and FH just crashes. I'm guessing this is because I got the Day and Night mod, then removed it by replacing my files with some older files that I thought were untouched.

I'm basically wondering if anyone has a link/download to somewhere that has the default sky folder, or anything else that would be needed in Sky Maker. Thanks! c:

(This rp is based off of the book Spirit Animals, but not everything will be like the book)

THE BOND

Every year, all the kids who have turned 11 are given the Nectar, a liquid which may or may not let the child form a spirit animal. Summoning a spirit animal is rare, and the two can form the strongest bond that you will find with a person and an animal. Once the bond is strong enough, the animal can go into passive state, becoming a tattoo on the person in certain spot, usually on the arm. They can come out at any time.

There is a group called the Greencloaks--people who fight against evil and train theirselves to increase their bond with their spirit animals. There is also a group called the Conquerors, who are trying to take over the land and defeat the Greencloaks. Both sides are in need of members, and are trying to get as many people to join them--even people without spirit animals. What side will you join? Will you even summon a spirit animal?

Another question for chu guys :3

1. Are the majority of your characters feline or canine? (Only counting your canine&feline charries of course)

2. Do you enjoy making feline or canine characters more? Why?

The majority of my characters currently are canine, with only about one or two felines. I prefer making canine characters more, because I kinda like wolves, coyotes, etc. more than lions, cats, etc. and are more comfortable making them. Plus, I enjoy the options in character creator for canines more than felines. *Has terrible reasons

Game Suggestions & Ideas / Some Random Ideas

I was bored~

Here's some ideas that I thought would be interesting to add into the game, even though of course we can't at the moment. Some of these are just more random ideas I came up with, but oh wells, here's the list :3

1. Wing and Mane Markings

Pros: More creative characters, and less need for making a preset.
Cons: Can't think of any besides the work of putting this in the game.

2. All Chats Having a Separate Window

Pros: It would be much easier to keep track of the whisper chat or whatever you're looking at, instead of having to search through the fast-moving chat for stuff you want to see.
Cons: It would take up a lot of the space on the screen and would be difficult to keep track of two chats or more at once when they're all over.

3. Multi-Person Whispering

Pros: You would be able to whisper two+ people at once without the hassle of clicking on their names and hitting whisper, then going back and forth.
Cons: Can't think of any, but perhaps it would take up a bit of space on the screen.

4. The Dash and Fly Button Separated

Pros: You would be able to dash with wings, perhaps even whilst flying! One of the things I dislike about flying is the fact you have to give up dashing.
Cons: Might be a bit confusing to learn the new key.

5. Friends, Group, and Actions/Emotes Organizer

I think I should probably explain this one first. For example, if you wanted to shorten your emotes list so that you wouldn't have to scroll through all of them to find one emote, you could instead separate them into categories. Like, if you were to go to the emotes tab, there would be a few different categories you could click on, like "Dead Emotes" or "Derpy Emotes", and then there would be a list of all the emotes you put there. Kinda confusing, I hope chu guys understand what I'm saying xD

Pros: Would help organize, makes it easier to find things
Cons: Can't think of any

6. The ability to change the speed, ability to jump, stamina, etc. of character

Pros: You could create much more realistic characters and stuff, like a monkey that can jump really high but can't run very fast.
Cons: Could create very 'perfect' characters that can run super fast or whatever.

7. Sub-Group Things

What I mean by that is that, for example, if you were to have a multispecies roleplay, you could all be in one giant group, but that large group would have sub-groups for the lions, wolves, etc.

Pros: More organized.
Cons: Can't think of any.

8. Music Modifier

Basically it would be an in-game music modifier, you could just do a few basic things with the music while in map maker, such as slow it down, pick certain parts, and change the volume of it when player come in.

Pros: Would allow more creativity, would allow people to modify the music without getting a fancy program that may cost money.
Cons: Copyright issues, would take up too much room in Map Maker.

9. Eyebrows.

Yup. Eyebrows. You could remove it, have bushy eyebrows, tiny eyebrows, etc.

Pros: More creativity, sexi eyebrows
Cons: Can't think of any.

I'll add more as I think of them. So, what do you think of these ideas? And again, even though we can't put em in the game, we can always think of ideas, right? c:

Game Discussion / Do You Have Some Favorite Markings?

Are there any markings in Feralheart (Default or Mass Markings/Downloaded Markings) that you just enjoy and try to have on your characters often? Kinda a weird question xD

I for some reason like the Siamese and Bubbles markings for the body. :3 So, do you guys got any favorite markings?
