Game Help / Not Able To Log On?

My friend downloaded the game today and set up her account. She verified her account and everything, and can log into the website just fine. But when she tries to log into the game, it says that her username or password are incorrect. When I first joined, I'm fairly certain I had the same issue, but I can't remember what I did to fix it.
Anyone know what needs to be done?

Hey there! I'm Paradoxx, and as you can probably tell from my n00bishness, I am very new here. I signed up and downloaded the game moments ago, and I am just wandering around, getting used to the controls and learning my way around stuff. But I'm kinda lost, and would appreciate someone to roleplay with, or just to chat with ingame.
