Game Help / How to get characters out of frozen maps

I created a huge map and it froze the computer everytime I tried to jump in. How do I get my characters out of that map without having to delete and remake?

Game Help / Exported map, FH doesn't work now

I made a nice map and saved it. The test worked fine, though a little laggy due to the huge amount of objects. I exported it and a lot of files had to be loaded. After it stopped, it came up with a message saying "Feralheart is experiencing severe problems." and shut down. Then I tried to open up the game again, it loaded a white box and then closed again midway through loading.
How can I fix this? Do I need to download FH again?

Game Help / My map hates me -_-

I can get on any fh map. Apart from the one i actually want to go on. I made a cool warriors map with heaps of objects and it got a bit laggy but worked fine during tests. Then when I tried to go to it via Cape of Distant worlds, it froze up the loading screen and I had to quit feralheart.
Do I have to delete it/take stuff out? I really don't want to.

The server is pretty full and it keeps saying 'bad token' when I try to log in. Is anyone able to get in at the moment?

Game Help / terrain map not working

I made a 'terrain alpha map' on gimp and put it in the exports file. It had no black or white patches or uncolored areas. I used RGB and set it to 513x513. I uploaded it and the red part was fine, it worked. Then when i went to change the other two, the second one just overlapped the first and the third wasn't there. There were also a lot of black patches on the map with no terrain.
What do i do?

Game Help / Objects disappearing

I tested my latest map a few minutes ago, and everything was fine. Then I went onto the actual game, went through the portal in Cape Of Distant Worlds and a lot of the objects were missing. I restarted, closed the game and tried again, but it still wouldn't work.
Is there anything I can do? They show up when I'm testing, but not in game.

How do you make presets? Someone mentioned that you need a program like gimp (Which i've got). But then what is the Preset Maker Tool for?

I have a mac laptop and it doesn't have the same controls as a normal laptop. I want to change the position of the 'camera' on feralheart (f1, f2, f3 etc) but like I said before, it has different controls.
How can I change the camera view?
