Request a Preset/Marking / Ok, I need help

I am unable to make this preset. I had someone attempt it but she couldnt get it either. I need someone who can do small details. If you think you can do it I would really appreciate it. I don't know if its just me, but I lag REALLY bad. And I see other people running around and my friends see them too, but for some reason we are never where we are supposed to be to each other. (Sorry if the last part is confusing)

Ok, everytime I try to take a snap shot I get kicked. Is there a way I can fix this?
