I want to know how to add video or animated imeges to a signiture I already made a video and added it but in my signiture and it says click to watch my video or something instead show the video

Game Help / Can't put a preset in-game

I was making a preset and when I only made the body everything was fine but when I made preset's head I wanted to see it in-game and I had no presets, I mean that in the box where are all preset files shown (in-game) are missing and I can't make a preset anymore
