Game Help / Can't connect to front server

This is my first time trying to login for a few months.

I've read the breakdown of the new login but I don't understand a bit of it. I tried to login to the game today, it said it couldn't connect to front server. I came on here, logged in, but I didn't get any page or whatever saying I need to keep that open so I can log in.

Help please? I'm getting frustrated with this unnecessary process...

Whenever I push S ingame I walk backwards instead of the regular turn around and run in that direction thing. How do I fix this?

I'm Lunatia. I've been waiting soooo long for registration to open, then last night at 11pm, I went on here out of curiousity and was super excited that it was opened :D I stayed up 'till 3 playing...
